Plans
Every plan shows the same live board — live times where buses are tracked, cancellations, stop paging, rotation and themes. The plan sets how much fits on one screen: how many stops, and how many departures per route. Free is the default and needs no licence; Plus and Pro unlock more, per screen.
Which plan? Free suits a single screen with up to 4 stops. Choose Plus for up to 16 stops — a busy reception, café or shop window — or Pro for up to 64, for a transport hub or a large multi-stop display. Every plan shows the same live arrivals; the plan only changes how much fits on one screen, and how many departures each route shows.

The stop and departure figures are caps you choose within — pick fewer if you like. Each route shows its next departures up to the limit, and fewer when the timetable has fewer. The first-reply target is for the first reply, not a promise to fix the problem or build the idea.
Pricing
Prices are per screen — one licence activates one board at a time within its region group — and include tax. Start with a 7-day free trial (once per customer) — cancel during it and you're never charged. After the trial it renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access through the period you've already paid for. The annual price is the best value. Free needs no licence.

Belfast is discounted while it's timetable-only (no live tracking in Northern Ireland). Other regions are billed in their local currency at checkout.
How to subscribe
Open your board's Settings → Plan & licence and choose Plus or Pro — that starts the free trial and, after checkout, activates this screen automatically. Already have a key? Paste it in the same place. Manage or cancel anytime from the customer portal linked there.
